Caroline’s passion for health and wellness, along with her own recovery journey, led her to become a Bio Resonance practitioner.
Her health challenges began in 2001 when she was an active mother of three young children and working as a staff nurse in a busy orthopaedic unit. After contracting a virus, she struggled to recover, and over time, her condition worsened. What started as an initial illness developed into debilitating fatigue, body pain, and brain fog. A hospital consultant eventually diagnosed her with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and advised her to “go away and live with it.”
Desperate for relief, she explored numerous treatments, but her condition continued to deteriorate. Unable to return to work, she searched for answers and, after 18 months, discovered Dr. Perrin and his team. By that stage, she could barely walk, had extreme sensitivities to food, chemicals, and electromagnetic stress, and found everyday life incredibly difficult.

Once she regained enough strength, she pursued studies at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist. She then established her own business, working with ME sufferers at the Perrin Clinic and supporting individuals with various health issues through a Natural Health shop, where she also gave talks on nutrition.
In 2019, she experienced a relapse of ME/CFS but this time turned to Bio Resonance to support her body’s recovery in a gentler, more natural way. Over time, her body responded, and she began training in Bio Resonance, eventually becoming a practitioner. Her combined background in medicine, nutrition, and personal experience provides her with valuable tools to support others on their journey to wellness.
She considers herself fortunate to have discovered this natural approach to rebalancing the body.
Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, whether walking her dog or gardening. Gardening, in particular, offers her a sense of peace and a connection to the beauty of nature. Living with ME/CFS has taught her the importance of embracing the present moment and approaching life with greater harmony.
